   What is Bad Art?

   Bad art is a graphic that is not suitable for commercial use. We can digitize, vectorize, edit, create, and refine a design such that it is suitable for commercial applications.

   How can I pay? How will you deliver the vectorized art?

   We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All credit card processing is handled via PayPal and at no time do we retain a copy of your credit card information. Upon successful payment of your job we will begin the transformation process. Once we are finished with your job we will email you the final artwork.

   Do you guarantee your work?

   We believe in developing and maintaining lasting customer relationships and so delivering good customer service is a founding principle for us. If for any reason, you find the design we have delivered to you to be less than perfect, we will either redo the artwork or return your money - no questions.

   What will you charge?

   To ensure dealing with us is easy for you, we have established a very competitive flat-rate pricing structure of $12 per design. In some cases, due to design complexity/detail the flat-rate of $12 may not be applicable.

   What is the process that we will follow?

   1. Email us your artwork.
   2. We will send you an a payment link via email.
   3. As soon as your payment information is verified, we will:
   Vectorize your design
   Inspect for quality quality
   Email it back to you.

   How can I send multiple files?

   Package them into a ZIP or place multiple orders.
